The pipeline
Scroll, and she moves. Every stage below is a real screen in the product — nothing here is a picture of it.

The Chrome extension pulls profiles off a LinkedIn search straight into your talent pool, de-duplicated on the way in.
Parsed into structured fields, then scored against the job description on skill overlap and semantic fit.
Knockout questions run on submission. Failures get tagged, never silently dropped — you can always override.
A tokenised link, no login. Transcript, per-question scores, and a recommendation land on her record when she is done.
Built from your template, routed through the approval chain, sent, and tracked to acceptance without leaving the record.

Questions
An applicant tracking system built for placement cells. It handles job posting, applications, resume parsing and scoring, AI screening interviews, human interview scheduling, offers, and reporting — with separate sign-ins for your staff, the recruiters who hire through you, and your students.
Yes, and you create them. Students sign in with the credentials your institute issues, or with Google. They see open roles, apply with a job-specific form, and track every application without ever contacting your office for a status update.
No. It handles first-round screening at volumes a person cannot — a thousand candidates overnight — and produces a scored report per candidate. Your interviewers still run the rounds that matter, with the screening already done.
Every institute gets its own logo, colour, and subdomain. Careers pages, candidate emails, and the sign-in screens all carry your identity rather than ours.
Row-level tenancy — every record carries an institute ID and queries are scoped automatically, so no institute can see another institute’s candidates. Retention windows, exports, and candidate deletion requests are all configurable per institute.
